By downloading or using ExifSense, you agree to these terms. The short version: use the app responsibly — your photos stay yours, and everything runs on your device.
1Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using ExifSense, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
2License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ExifSense on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the app.
3Purchases
ExifSense offers optional one-time purchases, such as the Pro upgrade and tips, processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms; we never receive or store your payment information.
4Your Content
Your photos remain yours. ExifSense processes them entirely on your device and never uploads them. Editing or removing metadata modifies your files, so we recommend keeping backups of important photos. You are responsible for how you use the app and for complying with applicable laws.
5Disclaimer of Warranties
ExifSense is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work hard to keep the app reliable, we do not guarantee it will be error-free, or that metadata is removed from every file format in every case. Always verify results before sharing sensitive photos.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data or photos. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the past twelve months.
7Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
